Whenever I feel like my body needs a break, I go on a detox plan. Now, detox plans can be pretty intense… Some allow no solid foods, while others require you to take laxatives during the cleanse period. But not to worry – I have a really basic cleanse I’ve formulated for beginners just like you.
If you’re looking to up your energy levels, recover from an illness or simply regain your overall health, this is for you.
It’s really simple with no drastic dietary or lifestyle changes. Plus, you only have to do it for seven days. Here it is. The beginner’s cleansing week.
Cut out stimulants and processed products

Exercise lightly every day
A 2 km jog or run will suffice. If you’re not a cardio fan, try a yoga or Pilates class – they count as light exercise too!
