Apple, Avocado and Cinnamon Super Health Smoothie!

Avocados give smoothies a lovely creamy texture and a boost of heart-healthy fat. In this simple recipe, avocado is combined with green apple, spinach and cinnamon for a nutritious breakfast or refreshing post-workout treat.

Creamy Apple, Avocado and Cinnamon health smoothie recipe
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1/2 green apple, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup spinach
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
4-6 ice cubes
Method:
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high-speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve right away!
