8;15 am - Vinyasa Yoga
9;30 am - Gentle Flow Yoga
10;45 am - Yin Yoga
5;30 pm - Vinyasa Flow
6;45 pm - Pilates
On Wed we are thrilled to offer you and your guest a complimentary gift valued at R300 as a token of our gratitude. It's our way of expressing our appreciation for your continued support and for sharing the joy of yoga with your loved ones.
